§ 1 General Information
Before placing an order/purchase you should read the content of these terms and conditions.
The Seller is the company Agnieszka Bilińska based in Wroclaw.
Orders are carried out on the territory of Poland. Sale and shipment abroad only after prior agreement with the Customer.
§ 2 Orders
Products are made to order - produced according to individual specifications determined by the Customer.
Orders should be placed by telephone or e-mail.
The deadline for completion of the order is determined individually with the Customer and depends on the quantity ordered.
Concrete slabs may deviate from the dimensions specified by the manufacturer by 0.9%.
in the case of large-format slabs, an arching effect of up to 5 mm may occur.
§ 3 Payments
Due to the specific nature of the goods and services ordered, the method and date of payment may also be agreed individually, including payment by instalments and forms of advance payment. payment by instalments and prepayments may be agreed.
VAT invoices are sent electronically to the e-mail address.
§4 Delivery / collection
The ordered goods are delivered by courier and freight forwarding companies, depending on the place of delivery and quantity.
The customer is charged the cost of delivery in accordance with the current price list of the carrier or a previously agreed shipping company.
It is also possible to collect the ordered goods in person at the seller's premises.
The seller stores the ordered goods free of charge for 10 working days. The cost of storage beyond the free period is: 10 PLN net/day - Pallet 60×80 up to 200kg // 12 PLN net/day - Pallet 120×80 up to 500 kg // 14 PLN net/day - Pallet 120×80 over 500 kg // 15 PLN net/day - Pallet 120×100 up to 600 kg //17 PLN net/day - Pallet 120×100 over 600 kg. The maximum storage period is 180 days. If the storage cost exceeds the value of the material or the 180-day period has expired - the goods will be disposed of.
The customer is obliged to inspect and verify the goods and their conformity upon receipt/collection. If there are any defects, he must inform the seller (supplier) at the time of receipt, in the case of courier dispatch, a damage report must be written. After receipt of the consignment, complaints regarding damage, discolouration, bending will not be accepted, as these may be due to the way in which the buyer stores and uses the goods.
§ 5 Withdrawal from the contract, complaints
The product offered by the seller is manufactured to the customer's individual specifications. The object of the service is a non-refabricated good. In accordance with art. 38. pt. 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance.
The basis and scope of the Seller's liability towards the Customer if the sold Product has a physical or legal defect (warranty) are
defined by generally applicable laws, in particular the Civil Code:
a) Complaints should be submitted in writing to the address: Agnieszka Bilińska, ul.Hermanowska 45, 54-314 Wrocław or by e-mail to:
b) The complaint should include:
- information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect with photo documentation;
- a request for the method of bringing the Product into conformity with the Sales Agreement or a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement;
- contact details of the complainant.
c) Complaints will be examined within 14 calendar days. Complaints not meeting the criteria indicated in par. 5 pt. 2 subsection b will not be considered.
§ 6 Final provisions
The placing of an order is tantamount to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entrusted customers' personal data are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and are not passed on to other entities for marketing purposes.
